What we collect (Waitlist phase)
Just your email address when you join the waitlist. We use Cloudflare Turnstileto verify you are human; it processes limited browser signals (IP, user-agent) per Cloudflare's policy.
What we do with it
We email you when Nuovid early access opens, plus occasional milestone updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing. Email delivery is handled by Resend (US-based provider).
Storage & retention
Your email is stored in Resend Audiences (US). We keep it until you unsubscribe (every email contains an unsubscribe link) or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
We do not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to detect bots.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@nuovid.com to exercise these rights.
Children
Nuovid is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance.
