Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes the conduct and content rules for using Nuovid (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in prompt rejection, content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.

You may not generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW — including AI-generated adult material.
• Sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise targets minors in any way.
• Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes, face-swaps, or any face manipulation of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Impersonates real public figures or private individuals in a misleading, defamatory, or harmful way.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech against protected groups.
• Infringes intellectual property, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights — including unlicensed use of characters, brands, or copyrighted works.
• Contains false or misleading content designed to deceive (e.g., fabricated news, election misinformation, deceptive deepfakes).
• Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where the content is distributed.

You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or stalk any individual.
• Generate content for prohibited businesses or industries, including but not limited to: gambling, pharmaceuticals, weapons, illegal drugs, tobacco, age-restricted goods, multi-level marketing, NFT/crypto schemes, or counterfeit goods.
• Bypass, probe, or attempt to disable any safety system, content moderation, or rate limit on the Service.
• Resell, white-label, or redistribute the Service in a way that circumvents our pricing or commercial terms without prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate the Service in a manner that disrupts other users or violates the rate limits we publish.

We use automated tools (including the Creem Moderation API) to screen prompts and generated outputs against this policy. Prompts that violate this policy will be blocked before generation; a credit is not consumed for blocked prompts. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

If you encounter content or behavior on or via Nuovid that you believe violates this policy or applicable law, please email hello@nuovid.com with a description and (if possible) a link or screenshot. We review reports promptly and respond within 3 business days.

We may, at our sole discretion: reject a prompt, remove generated content, warn the user, suspend or terminate the account, withhold or reverse credits, and report content to relevant authorities. We do not refund credits or subscription fees for accounts terminated for policy violations.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
